English Language Development

To meet the learning needs of our multilingual students, Melinda Phipps, ELD teacher, offers courses such as Personal Financial Literacy, Interpersonal Relationships, Child and Adolescent Development, and more.  These content courses allow for students earn credits in a variety of required credit areas while receiving support and instruction in developing their academic English language proficiency.

Additionally, Luis Munoz Andrade is able to support PCA's multilingual students as a Graduation Advocate. He also supports multilingual families at PCA as the Spanish-speaking Family Liaison. Luis can be reached via email @lmunozandrade@psdschools.org and by phone at (970) 646-8906.
