About Us

Welcome to Poudre Community Academy!

At PCA we strive to offer our students a safe and supportive alternative setting so that they can find success in the classroom and in life.  The staff at PCA is dedicated to this mission and excited to be a part of our community.

We believe that all students can succeed with the appropriate supports.  Regardless of the circumstances that bring a student to our school we feel strongly that all students deserve the opportunity to receive an education.  While life may sometimes bring challenges that seem unfair or overwhelming we feel that these obstacles can be overcome and success can be achieved.  Our small classes and closed campus provide students with the support and structure needed to get back and/or stay on track to graduation.

An important component of our school is giving back through our Service Learning.   We achieve success at PCA through a supportive community.  This translates beyond our school as our local, national, and international communities are only as strong as we make them.  We want to teach the students of PCA that giving back and supporting more than your own is a rewarding and valuable experience.

I take great pride in the success of our students, staff and school.  Our students continue to make great strides in increased school attendance, academic achievement, and personal growth.  I welcome any students that are interested in what we have to offer to apply.
